Description

My Granny knew exactly what our farming family needed to sustain us until lunch. Especially the men! This recipe is pretty perfect and gives you everything all in one! If you are like our family we want something besides cereal and granola bars every morning. We want biscuits, bacon and eggs!

Ingredients

  • 10 slices Bacon
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuits (make Sure There Are At Least 10 In The Can)
  • 10 whole Eggs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

You will need a muffin pan.

First cook your bacon on the stovetop or microwave until done, but NOT crispy. You may want to use 20 slices (2 per biscuit) but I always break our slices in half instead. Save a few calories, right?

Pop open your favorite can of biscuits. Press one biscuit into and up the sides of each muffin cup. You want to have a well in the center of each biscuit.

Next place your done, but NOT cripy bacon onto each biscuit making an “X”. Kind of press it down to make sure it stays.

Next crack 1 egg on top of the bacon.

Bake your biscuits for about 20 minutes or until eggs are done to your liking.

Perfect for running out the door with a full breakfast in hand!
