Goat Cheese Spin Dip

Description

Hot spinach and artichoke dip made with goat cheese. So creamy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces, weight Artichoke Hearts In Water, Drained And Chopped
  • 10 ounces, weight Frozen Spinach, Thawed
  • ½ cups Fat Free Sour Cream
  • ½ cups Fat Free Mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces, weight Goat Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • ½ cups Parmesan Cheese, Plus 1 Tablespoon For Topping
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Grease a loaf pan or 8 x 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients (except for the last tablespoon of Parmesan for topping). Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of Parmesan and bake for 22 minutes, or until bubbly.

Serve with vegetables or chips and enjoy!
