Description
A creamy dip with cheese and bacon. Need I say more?
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- ½ cups Mayonnaise
- ¼ cups Sour Cream
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- ⅓ cups Pepper Jelly
- 4 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- ½ cups Chopped Pecans, Toasted
- 8 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, cheddar cheese, pepper jelly, green onions and pecans. Mix well and place in a dish. I use my pie plate.
Sprinkle with cooked bacon. Place in a 350ºF oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
