Use your favorite fruit to make our family’s favorite cobbler!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Fruit Of Your Choice, Washed And Dried (blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Chopped Strawberries, Sliced Peaches)
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1  Egg
  • ½ sticks Cold Butter

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 375 F. Evenly spread fruit into an 8×8 or 9×9 square pan.

In a bowl combine the flour and sugar. Beat your egg, then add it into the flour sugar mixture with a whisk. Once you get it partially mixed, you can use your clean heads to finish combining. Mix until your topping resembles pea size crumbs. Cover your fruit with the topping.

Dice the cold butter and place it over the topping. The butter will melt in the oven and is essential for a perfect crispy crumb top!

Bake for 40 minutes until lightly golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
