Description

These coconut almond energy bites are so tasty and incredibly easy to make with no baking required! They’re perfect for an on-the-go breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • ⅔ cups Almond Butter
  • ½ cups Flaked Coconut
  • ½ cups Ground Flax Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Nutmeg

Preparation

Stir all of the ingredients together thoroughly in a large bowl. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up enough to roll. When the 30 minutes is up, take portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about the size of the palm of your hand. You should get about 16 or 17.

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator and enjoy them as needed!
