Description

A brioche bun stuffed with a big fat smear of Italian gelato (or ice cream).

Ingredients

  • 1  Brioche Bun
  • 1  Big Scoop Gelato (any Flavour)

Preparation

Slice a brioche bun in half. Add a generous scoop (or two) of gelato to the bottom of the bun and smoosh everything together in a sandwich.
