Description
This is a recipe for a basic hummus. It is delicious!!
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas, Drained
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Water
Preparation
Put all of the ingredients together in the bowl of a food processor and blend well. It’s ready to eat immediately! Serve with pita chips or vegetables, or use for a sandwich spread.
