Description
Shrimp cooked in garlic and rosé wine, a fresh and original appetizer or salad topping.
Ingredients
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cups Rosé Wine
- ½ pounds Shrimp
- Black Pepper To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley And/or Cilantro
Preparation
1. Peel and chop garlic. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
2. Pour the wine in the pan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
3. Add the shrimp and pepper and cook for 8-10 minutes, until almost all the wine has evaporated. Drain the shrimp, sprinkle with the herbs, serve immediately.
