A thin pancake batter to make the perfect crepes!
Ingredients
- 5 whole Large Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1-¾ cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Butter For The Frying Pan
Preparation
Place the eggs, milk, flour, and salt in a blender and pulse till smooth, scraping the sides if needed. Heat a frying pan on medium and add the butter. Pour in about 1/4 cup of batter, lift the pan and tilt to spread the batter over the surface of the pan. Fry on each side till lightly browned. Top with caramel sauce for crepes, roll up, and eat.
