Braunschweiger in a whole new light!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
- 1 log (about 4 To 6 Inches Long) Braunschweiger, Or Liverwurst
- 2 Tablespoons Dill Pickle Relish
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Cracked Pepper
Preparation
Combine all ingredients with a mixer. Transfer into a serving dish, cover and chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
Another option is to substitute finely minced sweet Vadalia onion in place of the pickle relish.
