Description
These pancakes are a family favorite. They hold the heat so the butter and syrup melt for mouth watering goodness.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 whole Eggs
Preparation
Preheat a non-stick skillet.
Mix all ingredients together with a mixer until well blended.
When non-stick skillet is hot put a large dollop of batter on it. Cook until the pancake is slightly browned on the first side, and then flip. When the other side is slightly browned they are ready to serve.
Top with butter and syrup of choice.
