Easy dip made with cream cheese, ham and cheddar.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces, weight Neaufchatel Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1 ounce, weight Dry Ranch Seasoning
- 9 ounces, weight Lean Thin-sliced Ham, Shredded
- 1 cup Reduced-fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- ¾ cups Green Onions, Chopped
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Stir together the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch seasoning. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until combined. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve chilled with crackers, bread or chips.
