Description

A quick and easy breakfast that the whole family will love. You can combine your favorite ingredients as well.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Jimmy Dean Sausage, 1 Pound
  • ⅓ cups White Onion, Chopped
  • ½ cups Mushrooms, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Black Olives, Chopped
  • 1 can Grands Homestyle Wheat Biscuits, 16 Ounce Can
  • ½ cups Shredded Cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F).

Cook sausage over medium heat until brown and then add onions, mushrooms, and black olives; saute for an extra 3-4 minutes.

Spray muffin/cupcake pan.

Flatten out all the biscuits till they are a thin circle and then place them in the muffin pan. Stuff with sausage mix and then top with a little bit of shredded cheese. Close off the top by folding the biscuits over, leaving only a small hole .

Cook for 13 minutes; remove the biscuits, flip over and place on cooking sheet for another 2 minutes to ensure bottom is cooked properly.
