Ingredients

  • 2-½ ounces, weight Cooked Taco Ground Beef
  • 15 whole Wonton Wraps 3×3 Size
  • ⅓ cups Salsa, Your Favorite
  • 1 ounce, weight Light Mexican Cheese, Shredded
  • Spray Butter
  • Greek Yogurt And Salsa, To Serve

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a tiny bowl, add some water. This is for sealing the edges of your wontons.

Place 1 teaspoon of ground beef into a wrapper and top with 1 teaspoon salsa and a pinch of cheese. Take your finger, dip in water, and run your wet finger along the edges of the wrapper (this will be the glue to seal the wrappers together). Fold wrapper over into a triangle and place on the baking sheet. Do the same for the rest of the wrappers. Spray each wonton with about 2 sprays of butter.

Bake for 15 minutes, until lightly browned.

Serve with Greek yogurt and salsa.

Makes 15 taco wontons.
