The green goddess of all smoothies, this Spinach Chia Smoothie is so simple to make. All you need are few ingredients, a blender and five minutes!
Ingredients
- 5 ounces, weight Coconut Or Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Mango, Frozen
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- Ice Cubes (3-4)
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a blender cups and work it for about 2 minutes or until soft and smooth.
Top with fresh berries and coconut flakes.
