Description
A yummy, easy-to-make breakfast that looks quite beautiful, too. This is also referred to as an oven pancake.
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- ½ cups All-purpose Flour
- ½ cups Milk
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 dash Salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. While the oven is heating up, place the butter in a glass dish—either a pie plate or a small casserole dish—and place in the oven to melt the butter.
Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients together. Once the butter is melted, remove the dish from the oven, pour the batter on top of the melted butter, and put back into the oven to bake for 18 minutes.
Remove and let cool somewhat. Then, cut up and serve with syrup, jam, fruit, whipped cream, or really anything else you want.
