Ingredients
- ½ pounds, ⅞ ounces, weight Rice Flour
- 7 ounces, weight Grated Coconut
- 2 teaspoons Salt To Taste
- 3 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon, 2-⅓ pinches Water
Preparation
Sift the rice flour and put it to a bowl. Add grated coconut, salt and mix well.
Slowly pour in the water, mixing with your fingers as you do so until the mixture resembles bread crumbs.
Place the mixture in a pittu mold and steam for about 7 minutes until cooked (when steam emerges from the pittu mold). Transfer to a plate and cut into pieces.
Serve with curry.
