Description
These are a delightfully fluffy version of pancakes that I try to make when I can. I adapted it from a recipe I found online one morning and came to this! It says serves 10 only because the hotcakes are dense and two hotcakes is generally enough for a serving.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Flour
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 1-½ Tablespoon Sugar
- 2-½ Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 2 cups Regular Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Preparation
Mix well.
Pour on a greased skillet.
Eat.
