Sweet Potato and Banana Breakfast Bake
Ingredients
- 1 pound Sweet Potato, Diced
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 2 whole Medium Bananas, Chopped
- ¼ cups Almond Butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 440ºF (225ºC).
In a big bowl, mix all ingredients. Transfer to a baking dish or baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 25 minutes.
Let cool. Serve with almond milk.
