Stuffed mushrooms with the delightful taste of a caprese salad!
Ingredients
- 4 whole Baby Bella Mushrooms
- 4 slices Tomatoes
- 4 slices Fresh Mozzarella
- 2 Tablespoons Diced Fresh Basil
- Balsamic Glaze, To Taste
Preparation
Wash and remove the stems from your baby bella mushrooms. Place top side down onto a cooking sheet. Bake at 375ºF for 8 minutes.
While your mushrooms are cooking, feel free to prep everything else. Slice your tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil if needed.
Once your mushrooms have cooked for 8 minutes, add a slice of tomato, mozzarella, and sprinkle some basil on top to each one. Then bake for another 12 minutes.
Top with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
