Description
This recipe is my favorite granola. It’s not full of butter, so I don’t have to feel guilty eating it! Try this with vanilla or honey Greek yogurt. Mmm.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- ½ cups Shredded Coconut (preferably Unsweetend)
- ¼ cups Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
- ½ cups Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 cup Dried Fruit (half Raisins, Half Cranberries)
Preparation
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the oats, almonds, coconut and sunflower seeds with the maple syrup, oil, and salt
2. Bake, tossing once, until golden and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes.
3. Add the dried fruit and toss to combine. Let cool.
Makes 6 cups (twelve 1/2-cup servings).
