Tangy and sweet Roasted red Pepper Dip that makes a great spread for bagels and sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 12 ounces, weight Roasted Red Peppers, Drained And Dried
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Hot Smoked Paprika
- ¼ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- ¾ teaspoons Salt
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a food processor.
Puree until smooth.
