Description
A light whipped pumpkin spread that goes great on toasted bagels.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Whipped Cream Cheese
- ½ cups Canned Pumpkin
- ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Ground Nutmeg
- 1 pinch Ground Allspice
- 1 pinch Ground Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Confectioners Sugar
Preparation
Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature.
Meanwhile combine pumpkin, spices and sugar in a medium mixing bowl.
Carefully fold whipped cream cheese into pumpkin mixture.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
