Description
These gluten-free chocolate chip cookies are fantastic without any flour in them! They are as good as a traditional cookie: soft, chewy and flavourful!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsalted Organic Almond Butter
- ¾ cups Raw Sugar Or You Can Replace For Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ½ cups 70% Dark Chocolate Chips Or Any Other Chocolate Chips Of Your Preference.
Preparation
First, preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients together, except the chocolate chips. When all the ingredients are combined, add the chocolate chips and mix well.
Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the batter onto a baking tray that you’ve lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Repeat with the rest of the dough, leaving about 2 inches between the cookies.
Bake for 9 minutes. Remove from oven. Let them cool completely to remove them from the baking sheet. Makes 22 cookies.
