Description
These flourless chocolate chip brownies are made with almond butter. This is a gluten-free, delicious, moist and fudgy healthy dessert!
Ingredients
- 500 grams Almond Butter
- 2 whole Eggs
- ¾ cups Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ cups Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 cup 50% Cacao Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Into a large bowl, pour almond butter and mix well with a hand blender or spatula until smooth. Add all the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate chips and mix well to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.
Grease a 9×9 baking dish with cooking spray, butter or coconut oil. Spread the batter into the dish in an even layer.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the brownies are cooked through.
