Ingredients
- 15 Mini Phyllo Cups
- ¾ pounds Triple Cream Brie Cheese
- ⅓ cups Apricot Jam
- 15 whole Untoasted Almond Slices
- 15 leaves Fresh Thyme
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Arrange the phyllo cups on a baking sheet. Fill each phyllo cup with about 1 teaspoon of brie cheese and then 1/2 teaspoon of apricot jam. Top each phyllo cup with 1 sliced almond.
Bake for 6–7 minutes, or until brie is melted and appetizer is heated through. Garnish each phyllo cup with fresh thyme.
