Description

An Italian twist on turkey burgers!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE BURGERS:
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • ¾ cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • FOR THE ASSEMBLY:
  • 5 whole English Muffins
  • 5 teaspoons Mayonnaise (Optional, More Or Less As Desired)
  • 5 Tablespoons Marinara Sauce (Optional, More Or Less As Desired)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 F. Mix all of the burger ingredients in a large bowl. Form into 5 patties and place on a rimmed sheet pan lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Put pan into the heated oven and cook burgers for 20 minutes.

Toast English muffins using your preferred method. Place a burger on an English muffin with a teaspoon of mayonnaise or tablespoon of marinara sauce (optional). Enjoy!
