Description
This is a great fall recipe. Lentil and 7-grain stew with Italian sausage, made in the crockpot.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Dry Lentils
- 1 cup Dry 7 Grains Medley
- 3 whole Italian Sausage Links, Sliced (1 Inch Thickness)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 whole Shallots, Minced
- 900 milliliters Vegetable Stock
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker, stir well, put the lid on and let it cook for 3 hours on low heat.
Serve and enjoy!
You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
