A quick healthy guacamole perfect for your Super Bowl party.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Avocados
- 1 whole Sweet Potato
- 2 stalks Scallions (green Onions)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ¼ bunches Fresh Cilantro
- 1 whole Lime, Juice And Zest
- Sea Salt, to taste
Preparation
Scoop out avocados into a bowl. Next steam up sweet potato and skin. Cut sweet potato into chunks and add into the bowl with the avocado. Begin to mash together with a spoon or fork.
Then slice up scallions and garlic. Chop cilantro. Zest and juice the lime. Toss them all into the bowl and continue to mash and stir till everything is mixed well. You may leave guacamole more on the chunky side or continue to mash till smooth.
Sprinkle with some sea salt.
Enjoy with you favorite chips or crackers.
