Easy homemade popsicles made with fresh strawberries, raspberries, coconut milk and chia seeds.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Fresh Strawberries, Washed And Hulled
- 6 ounces, weight Raspberries, Fresh
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- ½ cans (13 1/2 Oz. Size) Light Coconut Milk
Preparation
Note you will also need a popsicle mold (mine was a 6-count mold, standard size pops) and popsicle sticks.
Add the strawberries and raspberries into a blender with the water. Puree until smooth. Next, add the chia seeds, honey and coconut milk. Blend. Pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks and freeze.
