Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • 4  Green Onions, Chopped
  • 5  Large Radishes, Trimmed And Chopped Fine
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 cans (14.5 Oz. Size) Petite Diced Tomatoes, Drained, Or 2 Large Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1  Jalapeno, Seeds And Ribs Removed, Minced
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro (optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. This salsa is best after it sits for a day. Taste before you serve it in case it needs salt. Enjoy!
