Overnight Oats with Pomegranate and Roasted Almonds.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Porridge Oats
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 whole Medium Pomegranate (just The Seeds)
- ¼ cups Crushed Roasted Almonds
Preparation
Use a medium size bowl and whisk oats, almond milk, and chia seeds. Spoon mixture into jars with lids. Before you close the lid, add fruit and top with crushed almonds.
Put it into the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
