Ingredients

  • ½ cups Rolled Oats
  • ¾ cups Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1-½ teaspoon 100% Maple Syrup
  • Toasted Granola And Honey, To Serve

Preparation

Place oats, milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a jar. Close lid tight and shake until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Refrigerate overnight.

When you are ready to eat, top with toasted granola and a drizzle of honey. Other amazing toppings are berries, nut butter and maple caramelized figs.
