Description

Hangry is pervasive in our house. So is this gluten-free, grain-free smoothie (complete with vegan and paleo options), which, more often than not, happens to be the antidote. A secret ingredient adds the creaminess without the dairy!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Frozen Whole Strawberries, Thawed (keep The Juice)
  • 1  Avocado
  • 5 Tablespoons Agave Nectar (vegan) Or 100% Pure Honey (paleo)

Preparation

Pour thawed strawberries and juice into blender and blend on medium speed, increasing to high speed. Add avocado while mixture is still blending. Pour agave nectar or honey into blender and blend until smooth.

Consume within 1–2 days or freeze.
