Description

A colorful version of a brunch essential!

Ingredients

  • 300 grams Flour
  • 350 milliliters Milk
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 2  Eggs
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • Food Coloring

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together until smooth. If ingredients are lumpy, use a blender to smooth it out.

Split the batter among 6 bowls. Add food coloring to taste.

Grease the waffle iron. Using small spoons, ladle the colorful mixture onto the iron, starting from the middle. Once all the batter is in, plug in the iron and let the waffle cook until crispy.

Serve on its own or with toppings.
