A cool, refreshing salsa for your summertime snacking needs.

Ingredients

  • 10  Grape Tomatoes
  • 3  Mini Cucumbers
  • 1  Mango
  • ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • ¼  Lime
  • ½  Avocado

Preparation

Chop tomatoes, cucumbers and mango into 1/2 inch cubes. Add to a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Squeeze in lime juice and toss. Top with cubed avocado.
