Description
Let’s mash up trifle desserts and a White Russian cocktail! These White Russian Mini Trifles are great boozy adult desserts with the spirit of the classic cocktail!
Ingredients
- 1 ounce, fluid Vanilla Sponge Cake
- ½ ounces, fluid Vodka
- ¼ cups Kahlua Pudding (See Note)
- ¼ cups Whipped Cream
- Chocolate, For Garnish
Preparation
Cut cake into small cubes and place at the bottom of a martini glass. Soak cake in vodka for 2 minutes.
Add a layer of Kahlua pudding. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle chocolate on top and serve!
Note: For Kahlua pudding, prepare a package of instant vanilla pudding but replace 1/4 cup of the milk with Kahlua.
