Description
This vegan sugar-free strawberry gelatin comes from our macrobiotic path. It’s really delicious, simple and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 500 milliliters Pure Water
- 1 Tablespoon Agar-agar
- 5 Tablespoons Organic Rice Syrup
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 300 grams Organic Strawberries
- 1 Organic Apple
- 5 leaves Organic Mint
Preparation
In a pan, mix water, agar agar, syrup and salt.
Cut fruit in pieces, setting 100 grams of strawberries aside. Add remaining fruit into the mixture. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Puree the mixture. Add reserved strawberries and cook for a couple of minutes. Add mint leaves and transfer into a silicone milk. Let cool and solidify.
