Ingredients

  • ½ cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 whole Ripe Banana, Peeled, Cut Into Thirds
  • ¼ cups Cold Milk
  • ⅛ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 dashes Nutmeg
  • Cookie Crumbles, For Topping (optional)

Preparation

In a blender, add heavy cream and sugar. Blend 1 minute to a creamy consistency. Add bananas, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and blend on high an additional minute.

Pour into a tall glass and garnish with shortbread cookie crumbles or graham cracker crumbles if desired.
