The perfect quick breakfast or snack, this pineapple strawberry smoothie is healthy, tasty and filling—and so pretty with its swirly layers!
Ingredients
- FOR THE STRAWBERRY PORTION:
- ½ cups Frozen Strawberries
- ¼ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Protein Powder
- ½ cups Milk
- ½ teaspoons Ground Flaxseed
- ½ Tablespoons Honey (optional)
- FOR THE PINEAPPLE PORTION:
- ½ cups Frozen Pineapple
- ¼ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Protein Powder
- ½ cups Milk
- ½ teaspoons Ground Flaxseed
- ½ Tablespoons Honey (optional)
Preparation
Blend all of the ingredients for the strawberry portion of the smoothie in a blender until smooth. Divide between glasses.
Blend all of the ingredients for the pineapple portion of the smoothie and layer on top of the strawberry smoothie in the glasses. Enjoy!
