Gluten-free and dairy-free flourless peanut butter cookies.
Ingredients
- 270 grams Peanut Butter
- 100 grams Caster Sugar
- ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 80 grams Dairy Free Chocolate Chips Or Chopped Peanuts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180ºC (355ºF).
Beat peanut butter, caster sugar, baking powder and egg. Stir in chocolate chips or peanuts.
Divide into 9 balls and then flatten into thick discs with a fork. Bake for 12 minutes.
Allow to cool before enjoying.
