Rich and creamy dip that tastes just like cannoli in dip form. Easy and ready in 10 minutes!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Ricotta
- 1 cup Mascarpone
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1-½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Preparation
In a large bowl, beat ricotta cheese and mascarpone until smooth. Add vanilla. Stir in powdered sugar a little at a time until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
