Description

A coffee shop favourite that’s full of flavour and best of all healthy. Start your morning with something that satisfies your taste buds and keeps your body happy. Caffeine and dairy free.

Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Ginger
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cardamom
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Powder

Preparation

Add spices to jar and shake until well combined. Make sure you use an airtight container to store the spices to keep them fresh.

To make one chai latte:
Add ¼ teaspoon of spice mixture to a small saucepan with 1 cup of almond milk and 1/2 cup of water. Add ½ teaspoon coconut sugar or a sweetener of your choice. Add 1 rooibos tea bag to saucepan. Leave to simmer for 5–7 minutes. Drain the tea and serve. If want to make it frothy, blend for 5 seconds before serving.
