Description
Our Chia Breakfast Pudding calls for just 5 ingredients. Excellent for all those who don’t like to chow down on a big bowl of oats every morning!
Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 4 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
- 1 cup Soy Milk (or Any Kind Of Milk You Prefer)
- Hazelnuts, Grated
Preparation
Grab a fork and mash the banana in a bowl. Divide between glasses.
Mix chia seeds and cacao powder with milk. To break up lumps, use a mixer (we use an immersion blender, and it rocks!) or something similar. Pour on top of bananas. Garnish with grated hazelnuts (you can use a food processor to grate them) or simply leave hazelnuts whole.
