Blueberries, a banana, spinach, psyllium husks, ground chia seeds, and walnuts pack a healthy punch in this delicious breakfast smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 3  Ice Cubes
  • 1 cup Raw Baby Spinach
  • ¾ cups Frozen Blueberries
  • ¼ cups Walnuts
  • 1  Banana
  • 1 teaspoon Psyllium Husks
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ½ cups Coconut Water
  • 1 teaspoon Honey, Stevia, Maple Syrup, Or Another Natural Sweetener

Preparation

Throw everything into a strong blender, like a Vitamix, and blend until smooth.
