Description

My go-to easy pico de gallo recipe that’s perfect as an appetizer, on tacos, or just by the spoonful!

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Medium Tomatoes On The Vine, Diced
  • ½ pieces Small Red Onion, Diced
  • ½ teaspoons Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Finely Chopped
  • ⅓ bunches Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 piece Green Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 piece Large Garlic Clove, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • ⅛ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoons Ground Cumin

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, and stir to combine.

Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes to allow to flavors to meld.
