This Gingerbread Breakfast Smoothie tastes exactly like a gingerbread cookie, but it’s vegan, gluten-free and full of good-for-you ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- ¼ cups Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 teaspoons Agave (or Maple Syrup)
- 2 teaspoons Freshly Grated Ginger
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoons Nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoons Ground Cloves
- ½ cups Frozen Banana Slices
- 2 Ice Cubes
- Whipped Cream Or Coconut Whipped Cream (optional)
Preparation
Add all ingredients except whipped cream to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, if using.
