Spicy Garlic Angulas

Description

These spicy garlic angulas make a great appetizer or a snack!

Ingredients

  • 2  Fresh Chili Peppers
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Thinly Sliced Or Minced
  • 5-⅓ ounces, weight Angulas Or Gulas
  • ½  Lemon
  • Bread Of Your Choice, To Serve (optional)
  • 2 cups Mixed Salad Greens

Preparation

Wash and cut the chili peppers in half. Remove seeds and membranes. Slice thinly.

Heat oil on a pan. Throw in garlic, chilies and angulas. Saute over medium heat for 2–4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Squeeze over some lemon juice. Taste and add more juice if preferred.

Meanwhile, toast bread and slice it.

Arrange salad leaves onto plates. Top with angulas mixture and toasted bread.
