Description

Wholesome gluten-free energy-boosting granola breakfast packed with nuts and berries.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Jumbo Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Almonds, Crushed
  • 1 cup Walnuts, Crushed
  • ½ cups Cranberries (dried And Cut In Half)
  • 2 Tablespoons Goji Berries
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Powder
  • 1 dash Sea Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300°F (150ºC).

Mix oats, nuts, and berries in a big bowl.

Mix coconut oil, vanilla, salt and maple syrup in a small cup. Add the liquid mixture to the oats and mix with your hands until evenly spread.

Put baking paper on a baking sheet before scattering granola on it. Toast granola for about 10 minutes in the oven.

Completely cool down before transfering to a storage container.
