Mangoes are the best thing in summer. I love fusion recipes, and this is the most simple dessert. All you need is mango puree, cream, powdered biscuits, and your favorite toppings. You can make it in a jiffy and it’ll definitely be a big hit.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango Puree
- ½ cups Cream Powder
- ¼ cups Milk
- ¼ cups Water
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Essence
- 1 cup Crushed Or Ground Biscuits
- 2 Tablespoons Cashews And Pistachios
Preparation
Mix cream powder, milk, water and vanilla essence in a bowl. Beat at high speed for about 3 to 4 minutes, until a thick cream forms. Freeze for at least 10 minutes.
Layer the mango, cream, and biscuits in jars. I started with biscuits, followed by the cream and mango puree, then repeated the layers.
Garnish with chopped nuts. You can also prepare this in advance and keep refrigerated before serving.
